Gathering personal data

Our website does not store your personal data. It’s impossible, because it just has no means of collecting it and nowhere to store it.

We collect your email address and any other personal data you provide us with when you send an email to us. When you send us an email, we are only interested in collecting general contact information, such as your name and email address. We encourage you to not share any personal data that is not absolutely necessary.

We will not collect financial information from you (such as your payment card number, expiration date or security code). All payments to us are handled via a third party, Paddle Ltd (https://paddle.com). We refer to their Privacy Statement https://paddle.com/gdpr. The only personal data accessible for us through Paddle is your email address. This is necessary for helping you if you experience trouble with the licensing of the software.

Storing personal data

We will store the email correspondence and the personal data it contains as long as it is part of an active conversation. If we have not heard back from you in one months time, we will anonymise any feedback and delete all emails. This includes screenshots or pictures in which people are recognisable.
